HIGH PERFORMANCE SOLVENT BASED DUCT SEALANT

Airseal Zero

RECOMMENDED USES
Use AIRSEAL ZERO to pressure seal all types of HVAC duct
systems including metal and fiberglass ductboard.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Apply to clean, dry surfaces, free from oils, dirt and foreign
matter. Spread at a minimum of 16 mils. wet film thickness with
a brush or caulking gun. Seal all joints, seams and penetrations
in the ductwork to ensure an airtight system. Dries to touch
in minutes. Prior to pressure testing, allow 24 hours dry time
depending on temperature, humidity and application thickness.
Full cure is 72 hours. Can be applied in moist conditions.

CONSULT MANUFACTURERS MATERIAL SAFETY DATA
SHEET. EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE! KEEP AWAY FROM
HEAT, SPARKS OR OPEN FLAME. Vapors may ignite. Use
only with adequate ventilation. Prolonged inhalation of vapors
may be irritating. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. May be
harmful if swallowed. FIRST AID: In case of skin contact, flush
immediately with water for at least 15 minutes. For eye contact,
call a physician immediately. If swallowed, do not eat, drink, or
induce vomiting, call a physician immediately. KEEP OUT OF
REACH OF CHILDREN.

CLEAN UP
Use mineral spirits or similar solvent with appropriate safety
precautions.
